A short first call
We ask what has changed at home, who is involved in care and what you’d like to make easier.
What we cover
We note urgency, preferred contact times and whether an upcoming discharge or recovery date affects scheduling.
Smart home consultation · Singapore
You know something at home needs to change. K. S. Sembawang Digital Care Pte Ltd starts with a practical visit to understand the flat, daily routines and care needs, then explains the options. There’s no obligation to proceed.
The older person is part of the conversation. We agree what feels useful and comfortable together.
01 / The process
Four clear stages. You’ll know what we’re checking, what we recommend and what each next step involves.
We ask what has changed at home, who is involved in care and what you’d like to make easier.
We note urgency, preferred contact times and whether an upcoming discharge or recovery date affects scheduling.
We look at the flat layout, mobility, routines, current devices and how family caregivers share support.
A practical view of useful device locations, connectivity needs and any installation limits in the home.
You receive a suggested setup with the equipment, installation scope and pricing laid out before you decide.
Choose the parts that fit your household, ask us to revise the scope or pause before anything is booked.
We install and test the agreed devices, then show the care circle how alerts and escalation work.
We can review the configuration as routines or care needs change, including after recovery or a change in living arrangements.
02 / Flat-first planning
A device only helps when it suits the actual home. We plan placements around the flat layout and explain any work before installation begins.
Before the visit, have any existing device details and relevant access or tenancy requirements ready. That’s enough to start.
This simplified outline shows how we discuss room use and possible sensor locations. Final placement depends on your home.
03 / Shared understanding
A useful setup needs people to know what an alert means and what to do next. We make room for family members who are new to care technology.
See where status updates appear and how to acknowledge an alert without guessing.
We walk through common tasks slowly, in plain language, and let each person try them.
Roles and permissions are discussed with the household before access is granted.
04 / Local scheduling
We schedule household assessments across Singapore around family and caregiver availability. Our base is at Pasir Panjang Drive 8, Singapore 117404; travel and timing are confirmed when we speak.
Lead time depends on the location and the slots available. If an older relative is coming home after hospital care, call us so we can discuss the timing directly.
Areas we schedule in
Tell us your district and preferred days in the form. We’ll confirm a suitable visit time after the first call.
05 / Take the next step
Share the basics and tell us what’s changed at home. We’ll contact you to understand the household and arrange a suitable time to talk.
